“Marlon Brando told me that, because of his stomach, he had not seen his penis for seven years. I am a rather pragmatic person. I suggested he try using a mirror.” — Donald Sutherland (032c, unpublished interview intended for Issue 28)

Named after our friend and former neighbor from the local skate shop Civilist in Berlin-Mitte, the Foley bottle opener struck us as a spitting image of the penis-shaped sculpture that Stanley Kubrick’s protagonist Alex uses to bludgeon a well-to-do lady in the beginning of A Clockwork Orange (1971).
